This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.myvoicememory.com, owned and operated by Demir Trade LLC.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review the policy below.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned in good condition

The item must be returned with its original packaging

The item must not show excessive wear, misuse, or damage

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products showing signs of misuse or significant damage

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For returns requested due to personal preference, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Orders refused at delivery may be subject to return shipping and handling deductions from the final refund amount.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at the time of your return request.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
